FLAT RATE SHIPPING Orders are generally shipped within a week using different shipping providers i.e. Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, ICS, etc. Flat rate shipping fee of CAD 8 applies to orders shipping to Canada.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8 or $10 flat rate shipping depending on your location. There is free shipping threshold we offer for orders over $100. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The delivery timelines (e.g. 8 to 20 days) for international shipping can vary greatly depending on the destination and the carrier.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cachic is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at vjcare@victoria.com.hk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
